  • Expect use of scaffolding, ladders, lifts; carry 100+ pounds

  • Work at heights between 35’ to 85’ common

  • Work schedule 3-week rotation – first 2 weeks on job site anywhere is U.S working between 10- 12 hours/day, six days/week; 3rd week the employee has time-off to attend to personal business

  • Experience in Construction, Carpentry or glazing (Stained glass experience a plus)

  • Journeyman level or above

  • Valid driver’s license; CDL a plus

  • Relocation to Southeast Iowa preferred but will discuss commuting distance within a few hours distance

  • Relocation after honeymoon period of 3 to 6 months

  • Must be a current resident of the United States with legal documentation to work in the U.S.

Additional Benefits:

  • Three (3) week rotation schedule

  • Two weeks working on job site, one week off. Total of 17 weeks off annually

  • Maintain and organize warehouse

  • Accurate record keeping, computer knowledge

  • Assist with shipping, receiving and placing orders,

  • Communicate with employees, customers, and vendors,

  • Loading/unloading trailers

  • Lift 100 pounds


  • General handyman skills: construction, carpentry, plumbing and electrical skills a plus

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Class A CDL a plus, forklift experience




  • May help unload wood and supplies and store them in the shop

  • Set up tools and saws

  • Measure, cut, and glue wood for frames – windows and doors

  • Remove and install stained glass windows into frames

  • Measure, cut, and install framesCaulk and paint frames

  • Prepare surfaces, apply sealers, paint and varnish


  • Experience in stained glass, arts and crafts, construction, or industrial experience preferred but not required.

  • Keep accurate records on work performed on doors and window frames

  • Able to use a tape measure accurately
